Cyrcadia Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2026

Summary

Cyrcadia does not collect, store or share any personal data. Everything the game needs is processed on your headset, and nothing is sent to us. The only network request the game makes is Meta's ownership check, described below.

1. Who is responsible

Cyrcadia is developed by Astral Dream. Our full name and address are listed in our Legal Notice. You can reach us at astraldreamxr@gmail.com.

2. What data the game uses and why

3. What the game does not use

Cyrcadia does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking services. It has no accounts, multiplayer, voice chat or servers of its own. It does not access your microphone, eye tracking, face tracking, body tracking, room or scene data, or spatial anchors.

4. Data collected by Meta

Meta Platforms collects device and usage data for all apps on Meta Quest headsets, including through the Meta XR SDK included in the game. This collection is carried out by Meta, not by us, and is covered by Meta's privacy policy. Meta may give us aggregated statistics, such as sales figures, that do not identify individual players.

5. Deleting your data

Because we do not collect or store any of your data, there is nothing on our side to delete. All game data lives on your headset: uninstalling Cyrcadia removes your saves and settings completely.

If you have questions about your data, or would still like us to confirm that we hold nothing about you, email astraldreamxr@gmail.com. We answer every request free of charge, for players in any country.

6. Children

Cyrcadia does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As the game does not send us any personal data, these rights mainly apply to emails you send us.

8. Changes to this policy

If a future update changes how Cyrcadia handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above before that update is released.
