This policy covers the astral-dream.com website. Our apps have their own policies: Cyrcadia and Umbra Watch.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for this website is Astral Dream. Full name and address are listed in our Impressum. You can reach us at astraldreamxr@gmail.com.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg) using Amazon S3 in Frankfurt and the Amazon CloudFront content delivery network. When you visit the site, your browser automatically sends technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, referrer and browser type. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Amazon is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Fonts
All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made.
4. Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies
(such as _ga) to recognise your browser and tells us how visitors use this site, for example
which pages are viewed and for how long. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is
certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Google Analytics is not loaded at all if you decline. You can withdraw your consent at any time via .
5. YouTube videos (only when you press play)
Our homepage shows a trailer hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House,
Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Until you press play, only a still image from our own server is shown
and no connection to YouTube is made. When you press play, the video is loaded from
youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode). Your browser then connects to Google's
servers and sends data such as your IP address and the page you are on, and YouTube may store cookies or
similar identifiers on your device. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified
under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis is your consent, given by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Google's privacy policy applies.
6. Your consent choice
We store your choice from the cookie banner in your browser's local storage (key ad-consent)
so we don't ask again on every visit. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice
(§ 25(2) TDDDG). It is never sent to us.
7. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.
8. External links
Links to Google Play and LinkedIn take you to those services. They only receive data once you click a link; their own privacy policies apply.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
